Tools for (semi-)automatic data annotation?

Are there recommended tools or platforms that support automatic or semi-automatic annotation of research data using ontologies?
I’ve seen tools like CEDAR or ISA-tools, but I’m not sure which are the most compatible with OpenAIRE’s semantic framework.
Does OpenAIRE provide (or endorse) any tooling for applying ontologies to research outputs (datasets, software, workflows)?

Hello,
OpenAIRE does not provide general-purpose tools for annotating research outputs with ontologies. We integrate results classified by the SciNoBo classifier (based on Frascati taxonomy), and in the future, we plan to integrate outputs from the SciLake project that will utilize domain-specific ontologies.
Please note that OpenAIRE is an aggregator, not a repository. If you're a researcher who wants your work included in the Graph, you should publish it in your institutional repository or, if you don't have access to one, on Zenodo with appropriate metadata.
