Just to make it clear, is your question specifically about the OpenOrgs API, or are you inquiring about the OpenAIRE Graph APIs?

As for the OpenOrgs API, currently, we don't have a developed API, so there isn't a status page available yet (if by status page you mean a page showing the API's operational status and other related activities).
